Do Micro Workouts! Why blog when you can Tweet!

This is very interesting. I have personally had this problem at times. Sometimes when i have made plans to exercise, i get too "planned". I have to plan a schedule, set time aside and exercise "seriously" as i would be doing my job. 

But is that the only way to exercise and get some work out done. Not really. I found these very interesting . A user on twitter has posted these tweets. 

"Think of it this way, if a blog or website too big and scary to setup and maintain, try Twitter style workouts...everything counts" 

Hmmm - that is interesting. If you thinking of blogging as your "serious and well planned" effort to exercise, then consider micro workouts to be like your short tweets. Get them in quick bursts and do frequently than having to do everything in one session.

The same guy also says, "Try mixing micro workouts into your lifestyle - walking, cycling, put an extra step into what you do." That too makes intuitive sense - if you have to do micro workouts, you will have to incorporate it into activities that you normally do. 

Very intereting. Okay so i am going to jump of fthe computer and do some pushups. And then get back to work and then do some more after i have posted another blog!!!

 Go micro exercising folks. And yeah dont forget to post your experience here or tweet about them!
