  • Pre-Natal Water Exercise Class at Riverbank State Park

    Today, 7:15-8:15pm

    Come enjoy the natural healing benefits of water.  This prenatal fitness program blends light aerobics, dance, yoga, swimming, gentle strength training and stretching.

    It’s safe, relaxing, and invigorating! Open to women in all stages of pregnancy. 

    You do not need to know how to swim (head and hair can stay out of water if desired).

    You must register in advance at Riverbank State Park (enter at 145th and Riverside Drive)

    Registration hours: Mondays through Saturdays 9 AM - 5 PM (Wednesdays open until 7 PM)

    Cost is $58 for the entire 8-class session (includes $44 Class fee plus $4 Registration Fee & $10 Riverbank I.D. Card, which can be used again for future Riverbank classes)

    It is really very good to improve your health and take Women Health Advantage. This is very good chance for women to join this and have a fit body and health.

    Pre-Natal exercise is very important to speed up your labour. I found that it was very hard to even walk after 8 month into my pregnancy but I loved swimming and water exercises. So highly recommend Pre-Natal water exercises.
