3rd Annual Nourishing Earth Day Celebration will be celebrated on Saturday, April 21th, at 11 am-2pm at Bread Basket at Woodycrest United 89 West 166th St Bronx, NY 10452 . Organizers of the event, led by Nourishing NYC, have been presenting Earth Day celebrations since 2024. This event is a day of education, celebration and action for the world in which we live. In the spirit of Earth Day, and through the generosity of its sponsors, this event is free for the whole family!

Nourishing NYC Earth Day sets a clear example for people and businesses how simple lifestyle changes can make a difference. For example, Nourishing NYC Earth Day will feature onsite recycling demonstrations, edible art, free fresh produce distributed from a vegetable oil powered VAN, and energy efficient give outs. There will also be healthy food demonstrations providing goodies that require few wasteful utensils and are good for the body. Additional highlights of the day will include environment displays and demonstrations, interactive and educational booths by local environmental non-profit and small business groups, exhibits by local artists, and a Kids Zone for youngsters.

3rd Annual Nourishing Earth Day Celebration is an amazing demonstration of how the everyday decisions we make in life affect our environment, explains Nourishing NYC Earth Day organizer Monica Johnson.
