This is not to be political, I've lived in Harlem and Bed Stuy , finally there are a lot of Wellness and Holistic centers opening. Unfortunately, most of them not only appear to not be Minority-owned , but minimal employees, trainers or teachers are minority.

Some tips to stay healthy this season:

Wash your hands often, especially before eating and after you've been to public places
If you are sick, stay home from work or school. Do not send your children to school or daycare if they are sick
Get a seasonal flu shot
