  • Yoga Bliss Yoga Classes 2024

    Today, 7-8:30pm

    Start 2024 off on the right (and left) foot!  Join us for our on-going drop-in yoga classes!

    Yoga Bliss classes are happening at Allen Chiropractic Wellness Center, 18 East 116 St. (between 5th & Madison)

    Mondays:

    Gentle Bliss Flow, 7-8:30pm
    The perfect blend of gentle vinyasa and restorative poses designed to open the body and mind, and relieve stress.  Perfect for folks brand new to yoga or anyone who wants to slow things down a bit.

    Tuesdays:
    Basic Vinyasa Flow, 7-8:30pm
    Explore more deeply the alignment of the basic shapes and how all of the poses link up with the breath.  Our focus will be on more detailed alignment, more flow, and even some fun and challenging poses.  Perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to get back to basics.

    Thursdays:
    Bit of Bliss, 1:15-2:15pm
    An open level vinyasa class - the perfect pick-me-up in the middle of the day!

    Intermediate Vinyasa Flow, 7-8:30pm
    Get your breath and body flowing in this dynamic moving meditaton.  Arm balances and inversions abound, as well as more challenging standing poses and backbends-what fun!

    Sundays:
    Pure Bliss Restorative Yoga Class, 7-8pm, Feb 5, Mar 4, Apr 1, May 6, June 3
