Enjoy the colorful foods of Fall—they are packed with nutrients! Pumpkin has lots of vitamin A to maintain eye health, vitamin E that protects your skin from harsh weather like the sun’s rays, and fiber to improve digestion. Apples are a good source of fiber to improve digestion and vitamin C to help the immune system fight off infections and colds. Brussels sprouts have vitamin K to help the blood to clot if we get a cut, calcium for stronger bones, folate to help make new blood cells, and more vitamin C than an orange!
