I went for a 2.1 mile run! The longest I've run so far, and I actually felt "good" doing it. (and by "good" I mean - I didn't feel like hell the whole time.)
Glad I decided to get out and run today, even though it was the last thing I wanted to do. Yesterday I opted for a ~7 mile bikeride instead (yes, that was the lesser of two evils) so I decided I needed to get back on my legs if I want to run that 5K in a month.. I'm only 1 mile away from running a 5K and I'm feeling encouraged. Hooray!
