More and more are getting concious about their body figure. Why I said so its because there are more people want to exercise everyday. Well no wander if it is early in the morning you will hear the beat of the sound system than the noise of a chicken. In our society most of the couple and families went to the field and have a exercise from 5;30 am to 7:30 am everyday.

Exercise is one of the way to maintain the healthy lifestyle, before going to work it is good to feel that you undergo a physical exercise it can give you a good mood while approaching to your office.

After exercise drink plenty of water, don't eat immediately or just have a fruits first. So change your everyday schedule, put first the physical exercise before anything else.

I totally agree with you on this. I have seen many individuals joining a gym to stay healthy. Doing exercise is great and should be done every morning for staying fresh the whole day. Including fruits and veggies is a must in every diet to have wholesome meal.

There is no doubt in my mind that exercise should be part of everyone’s daily schedule. Two years ago, my doctor told me that my cholesterol levels were getting really high after taking a routine blood test. At that point, if I didn’t do anything, I would have to take medication. I’m the type of person who doesn’t like to take medicine unless it’s really necessary. But, I knew if I didn’t do anything about it, I would end like my mother and father who-both had high cholesterol and they later found out they also had high blood pressure as well.As for me, my doctor decided to take my blood pressure reading that day as well and the results were not too good. Doctors say that a reading of 130/85 is considered high blood pressure and I was just slightly below that number. This meant that I was at a pre-high blood pressure state and could end up with the disease. To avoid that from happening to me, the very next day, I joined Planet Fitness on 125th Street and Adam Clayton Powell for $10 a month. The best part was, I could use the gym whenever I wanted, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From that point, I wake up every day, eat a banana, and then head to the gym at 6 a.m. I do 30 minutes of cardio to get the heart pumping with another 30 minutes of lifting weights. Since I started this exercise routine, I’ve been in the best shape of my life and I feel great. In just 3 months, my cholesterol levels dropped from the danger zone back down to normal. But even though my levels got back to normal I never stopped exercising. There were many times I got tired and didn’t feel like waking up so early in the morning, but I found out that if I didn’t do anything about the cholesterol problem, it could lead to a number of other health problems like high blood pressure. As a result, the idea of taking medications for high cholesterol and high blood pressure has motivated me to continue to exercise on a daily basis. So, as hard as it is, you’ve got to stay focused and know that your health could get worse if left untreated. I did a search on GetHealthyHarlem.org and found an article interviewing Dr. Richard Younge that talks more about what cholesterol levels mean.
