    Come Enjoy The Natural Healing Benefits Of Water!

    This prenatal fitness program blends light aerobics, dance, yoga, swimming, gentle strength training and stretching.

    It’s safe, relaxing, and invigorating!

      7:15 PM Mondays at Riverbank State Park.

    Must register in advance; cost is $58 for 7 weeks.
