    HTW # 97: Many of us have the New Year’s resolution to lose weight, but it is hard to stay motivated. A great way to stay motivated is to set goals that you feel you can reach. One example of such a goal would be to run or walk three times a week. Another way to keep motivated is to schedule a regular workout time. Remember, working out and losing weight can be fun! If you are not enjoying your workout routines and weight loss process, try changing what you are doing, like taking a karate class, playing sports you enjoy, dancing, or hula hooping.
