A free weekly yoga class for women led by teachers from the Exhale to Inhale yoga program.
Move, relax, and breathe together in a gentle and enlivening yoga class that will reduce stress and help you manage your week. Appropriate for all levels of experience and ability. Classes will be held through the end of the summer.
