The BCA will celebrate its 8th annual Global Food and Wine Experience scheduled to take place at the magnificent Guastavino's, located at 409 East 59th Street (underneath the 59th Street Bridge) in New York City on Friday, November 18th from 7 PM to 10:30 PM. During this event, over 50 chefs, wine and spirit merchants, and hundreds of food connoisseurs will join together to create a platform for extraordinary culinary exploration. As part of the event's unique experience, more than 50 culinary students will be working side by side with New York's premier industry professionals as they prepare and unveil the latest trends in food and wine.
