J.T. Roane from the Department of History at Columbia University will be hosting an informal workshop here at the Malcolm X and Betty Shabazz Memorial and Educational Center. The workshop will be centered around ways to incorporate elements of various artistic and community organizing methods into sustainable practices which advance social and economic justice. All cultural workers and producers are invited to sign up.
