Tai Chi and Meditation
Join us to experience the healing benefits of tai chi. It’s easy on the joints, helps reduce stress and can improve flexibility and balance. While tai chi is generally safe for all ages and fitness levels, please let your doctor know you’ll be taking an exercise class. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
