Spring into Health at our Community Health Day! UMPA at Madison Avenue (1827 Madison Avenue) will be holding free screenings on Saturday April 27th from 11am until 1pm.  Participants will be able to have their Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose checked, have the opportunity to interact with the healthcare providers who currently work at this new multi-specialty practice and have the chance to sit with a Health First professional.
