So far so good. Day 16 and I haven't had any fast food and I've also cooked several meals at home. Today. though, I almost went to McDonalds.

So I did the air-popped popcorn and was very hungry by the end of the day. So hungry I actually decided not to go to the gym because I would probably faint.
