Don’t let restaurants control how much you eat! When you go to a sit-down restaurantor order take-out, most times the meal sizes are meant to serve two to three people. For instance, when ordering at a Chinese restaurant, the dinner meals are meant to serve more than one person. If you only eat half the meal and save the rest for another meal, you can stop yourself from overeating. Weight gain can happen when you eat more thanyou are supposed to for each meal. So when you do decide to eat out, remember to look carefully at the amount given to you and consider cutting down to save for later!
