Halloween is supposed to be a fun day for children.  However, even though it is a joyful holiday, every year there are kids who are injured due to burns from flammable costumes, or are hit by a car because they cannot see well through their costumes. Costumes should be non-flammable, comfortable for them to walk in, and if they insist on wearing a mask, make sure their side vision is not blocked. Make sure kids carry flashlights and glow sticks so they can see, and be seen.  Following these tips will help keep your children safe and protected so that they can enjoy this festive holiday.
