Join us for an intro yoga class, perfect for beginners as well as experienced yogis. We’ll cover breathing practices, basic yoga poses and centering and meditation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Don’t eat a heavy meal within two hours of the class, a light snack about 30 minutes before is ideal. Be sure to let your doctor know you'll be taking part in an exercise class.
