Q: What is your profession? Where do you work?
A: I am a WHOLElife Coach and a Personal Trainer. I coach and train people to find more vitality in their lives and I help people make good choices for their health and wellness through good nutrition and exercise. I am self-employed and co-own a business with my husband, Roderick "Priest" Priestly, called WholeLife Styles Inc. I train in private and personal home gyms, I coach people on health over the phone and I give motivational workshops on health and wellness in NYC.
Q: What do you do to stay healthy?
A: I do a variety of activities to stay healthy: when I get up I do a morning meditation to keep my mind clear and able to handle my daily challenges; I eat a good mix of fresh healthy foods, organic fruits and vegetables, whole grains and fish and free-roaming poultry;. I also exercise 5-6 days a week, doing a variety of biking, hiking, yoga and weight training.
Q: What is your favorite thing to do in Harlem?
A: My favorite thing is Harlem is bike riding up the 110th st hill in Central Park.
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: I enjoy traveling and exploring to new places, even if they are just over the George Washington Bridge in New Jersey. I love going to a good movie and I enjoy sitting with my cats and reading a good book.
