Q: What is your profession? Where do you work?
A: I am a Medical Doctor and Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology at Columbia University. I work at Harlem Hospital and New York Presbyterian Hospital
Q: What do you do to stay healthy?
A: I run outdoors or use an exercise bike for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. I minimize consumption of sugar sweetened beverages.
Q: What is your favorite thing to do in Harlem?
A: Playing with my young kids in the local park near where I live.
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: Recreational reading, writing poetry, watching English Premier League Soccer, listening to old school hip hop, watching sunsets.
