Q: What is your profession? Where do you work?

A: I am an Exercise physiologist and certified diabetes educator. I work at St. Luke's Hospital - Obesity Research Center.

Q: What do you do to stay healthy?

A: Run everyday, lift weights, yoga and stretching. Bike to work and bike everywhere. I watch my calorie intake, and as boring as it seems, eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Little bit of red meat but mostly fish, chicken, turkey. That sort of thing. I take a multivitamin just in case! I get my teeth cleaned regularly and have my annual physical no matter how busy I am!

Q: What is your favorite thing to do in Harlem?

A: Run around Morningside Park and ride my bike along the Hudson up to the GW bridge

Q: What are your hobbies?

A: Hiking, biking, listening to music (all types: jazz, blues, country, bluegrass, opera, and classical), listening to the radio and listening to old-time radio shows, web site programming, watching movies.
