September is National Preparedness Month!

As National Preparedness Month winds down, it's important to start preparing for flu season, which is right around the corner!

Some tips to stay healthy this season:

  • Wash your hands often, especially before eating and after you've been to public places
  • If you are sick, stay home from work or school. Do not send your children to school or daycare if they are sick
  • Get a seasonal flu shot
