    Where: New Song 163 St. Nicholas Ave (118th and St. Nicholas/ground floor)

    When: EVERY Thursday 3:00-6:00pm or by appointment (call 212 222-3256, Vivian)

    Have your blood pressure monitored in a comfortable, cheerful environment.  Receive a tracking card to understand the patterns of your blood pressure health.  Knowledge is power!
