Tenisha DeWindt, from the Harlem Health Promotion Center, who is training to become a certified fitness and aerobics instructor with the Department of Parks & Recreation, held her first aerobics session at the Hike the Heights event on June 4th at Highbridge Park!

Hi GHH family, This is Tenisha. Starting on Saturday, June 18th I will be teaching aerobics at Asser Levy Park, Kips Bay located at 392 Asser Levy Place at East 23rd Street. The telephone number to the park is (212) 447-2020. Classes are every Saturday at 10am until December. I hope you to see you there! Let's get moving!
