HONORABLE MENTIONS

RULES:

• Photograph quality must be at least 300 ppi so that printed photographs will be of high resolution
• If there are faces that can be clearly seen in photographs, consent forms must be signed by the individuals to avoid any legal issues
• Each contestant must fill out a Contact Information Form and a Photograph Description Form (for each submitted photograph)
