    HTW # 96: Take time to relax and find pleasure in life. Meditation is a perfect way to improve your health! Even a few minutes a day can make a big difference in your outlook and in your health.

    Every Friday from 6:00PM to 6:30PM the Harlem Yoga Studio provides donation-only meditation to help guide you in learning how to find peace in the moment and learn to calm your mind. Or, for a small fee and one time membership fee, attend yoga classes on Wednesdays from 6:00PM to 6:30PM at the Harlem Center for Healthy Living. If you can't make it to a  class, create your own practice by taking twenty minutes a day to just sit and reflect on what is happening right now.
