There are exercises that we can do to strengthen our bodies that can be done in bed, some sitting down and some standing. This will help to reduce your sugar level. Don’t sleep the whole day.lol. Its best when you take your good diet everytime you eat.

Flag as inappropriateI've seen a big mix of people coming in to the addiction treatment center i volunteer at and amazed that some can control their diabetes but be caught up doing drugs and drinking

Flag as inappropriateI know that I am late to mention but I also decided in november to leave smoking. And by now I can say that I am about 90% free from this problem, I still smoke but that is like once in 2 days. I hope that i will get rid of that soon - danny
