Since the 70's there have been incoporation of many community programs, to improve health outcomes in underserved area snd among , Blacks, Latinos and Native Americans. While many programs have improved child health and infant mortality. Particularly Adult Blacks & Latinos are still having complications of preventable disease at disproportionate rates.

I challenge all of us to re-examine the cause of this. For many years the issue has been proposed that it is due to a lack of resources ( doctors, money , transportation etc.) But is this it alone? I feel there are 3 issues , that we must admit attributes to poor health in our community.
