3rd Annual Bronx Summer Walks on 167th Street - June 2024

As part of the Mayor's initiative to provide open space for recreation and for programming, WHEDco and Morrisania WIC along with other community partners will be hosting the third annual Bronx Summer Walks on 167th Street in Community Board 4 on June 2024.

WHEDco is looking to have community partners participate and perform some fun activities around health/food/fitness with community members at the event. The event dates are Saturdays June 4, June 11 and June 18 from 12-4pm. The public is invited to come for part of the day, or all day on one or more days.

When: Saturday June 4th - Arts
Saturday June 11th - Go "Green" Day
Saturday June 18th - Get Fit Day

Time: 12:00 - 4:00 pm

Where: E. 167th Street between River Ave. and Gerard Ave.

Renowned Latin Jazz flutist Dave Valentin will be performing this year, so this is likely to draw a big crowd!
