Transforming and changing the health of Harlem will require a community effort. This health forum will allow our community to discuss the future of healthcare nationally and locally, and the roles we each must play in preparing ourselves for success. Our panelists, representing the whole community, will answer and discuss questions from the audience on topics relevant to all of us.
