What is one easy way to prevent a heart attack? Laughter! Laughter has been shown to improve blood flow. Laughter stretches muscles in your face and relaxes your body. It also decreases cortisol and can help your body’s immune system fight infections. Endorphins, the body’s natural-feel good chemical, are released when you laugh, which makes you feel happy and can relieve pain. So try not to be serious all the time and let your self relax and have a laugh with your friends and family.
