There are many free Internet sites that provide an online tool to keep track of your goals. Entering the information online means everything is in one place and there is less of a chance you'll lose track of your daily log.
Many of the following sites allow you to enter the food you eat each day into a journal. The site then calculates the calories and nutrition content of the foods you've eaten. You can also keep track of your physical activity online.
