  • Healthy Tip of the Week (HTW): January 24 - January 30

    HTW #50: Unable to afford a gym membership? Think it's too cold to take a trip to the gym? No problem. Perform calisthenic workouts which allow to you to utilize your own body weight.  Push-ups, sit-ups, air squats, dips, pull-ups are all examples.  Make it into a work out by doing 4 sets of 10 repetitions for example.
