An upcoming Art exhibtion at the Taller Boricua / The Puerto Rican Workshop will feature an art installation by Christina Massey titled "Meat Market." Through May the Nourishing Kitchen of NYC will be offering free yoga classes in the Target East Harlem garden on 117th between Pleasant and 1st ave (415 E 117th). All classes are extremely beginning level, so no worries if you're out of shape! Kids welcome!

Join the Nourishing Kitchen of NYC for a free healthy eating class! Learn the basics of nutrition and how you can eat healthy on a budget, right here in East Harlem! This class will be offered in both English and Spanish. All Classes are offered at 281 Pleasant Ave (at 115th st).
