"Classes focus on Healthy eating, Diabetes, and basic Nutrition. One hour class (please arrive at 4:45) The Nourishing Kitchen of NYC offers free BASIC nutritional training every other Monday at 5pm.

We are a 501(c)(3) Not-for-Profit that is offering education about food and nutrition for all New Yorkers that desire to learn. The class is taught by a registered nutritionist that has years of experience in her field.

There will be NOTHING sold and NO FEE for this class."
