Energy saving lightbulbs are great! I just found out yesterday that replacing one regular light bulb with an approved compact fluorescent lightbulb (one that has the energy star logo on it) saves you $30 on your energy bill over the life of the bulb!! So even though they cost more to buy, they save you every month on your electricity bill!
I'm going to change all of my lightbulbs this weekend!
Hey thanks Laura! This website is great. Its nice to know that there is stuff that all of us can do to that can really make a difference and save money in the proccess!
Does anyone have a recommendation of a good energy saving bulb. I bought one a while ago but it's not bright enough for me (I use it in my reading lamp). I really like the idea of saving energy (and $) but I need good light!
