Dietary Sodium Restriction
Does anyone have any tips on reducing sodium intake? I've started by reading food labels on processed foods, bottled water and condiments, and by paying attention to the serving size on the food labels.

Flag as inappropriatethat is a good start. one way to reduce sodium is to not use salt with your foods. high sodium in the diet can lead to high blood pressure so its good to cut down on it!

When you eat out, you have no idea how much salt and sodium has been added to your food, but, it's likely to be significantly more than if you made it yourself!
