Did you know that type II Diabetes is related to low vitamin D levels?
A new study shows that a lack of Vitamin D (the sunshine vitamin) is linked to a higher incidence of type 2 Diabetes as well. Earlier studies support that vitamin D is important for nornmal bone mineral density, healthy arteries, immune health, cardiovascular health, elasticity of blood vessels, prevent cancer and maintain normal blood pressure.
