Protect your eyes by eating foods that are rich in lutein and zeaxanthin and Vitamin A. Lutein and zeaxanthin are two pigments that work as antioxidants within the macula. Foods that are rich in these anti-oxidants include; kale, spinach, peas, zucchini, brussel sprouts and eggs (rich in lutein).

A new study came out in support of the Glycemic index instead of Carbohydrate counting as a better tool to help Type I diabetics assess the amount of insulin they need to inject and control their blood glucose. The glycemic index and load are also used to help people control their glucose levels and thereby loose weight.

A new study linking erectyle dysfunction (ED) to usage of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAIDS) drugs. These NSAIDS include: Aspirin, Motrin, Advil, Aleve, Celebrex, and more... You may want to ask yourself ; if those anti-inflammatory agents are suppose to improve circulation and ED is also related to poor circulation, would it not make sense that these drugs would help improve ED issues.
