You are invited to attend a Cooking Demonstration and Discussion, by Harlem Seeds and a film screening of 'A Fly on the Wall' TOMORROW at Harlem4 at 6pm....

Harlem 4's campaign mission to lift Harlem's status from Food Desert to Food Destination....

Harlem Seeds mission is to inspire children to live long and healthy lives.

This is a great event for families because the cooking demos are hands-on and lots of fun!
