Get Up and Running in Harlem!
Free community fitness sessions for all take place EVERY Monday from 7-8. You can run, jog, or walk. Sessions include stretching, warmup, outdoor running or walking, and cooldown with the help of a New York Road Runners fitness coach. Meet at the Harlem Armory 40 West 143rd Street(bet. Malcolm X Blvd. & Fifth Ave.)

CLIMB (City Life is Moving Bodies) and its community partners is hosting Hike the Heights 8. This annual volunteer-planned-and-run community event links people with their beautiful parks in Northern Manhattan and promotes the "Giraffe Path," a trail that connects seven parks and surrounding neighborhoods.
