Hi, I am Dr. Ridita. I am very concern about fitness and for that I have to exercise with daily basis because this is the best ways to reduce high blood pressure . I will recommend to all to take exercise every day and trust me it is the only ways to reduce blood pressure and live a healthy life. I like to watch movie when I get time to see.

Exercising regularly definitely helps in lowering your blood pressure... I wish I was as good as you - I only exercise twice a week - not everyday!
