My Struggles With Obesity
Obesity
"Food has not only become my sanctuary, but my best friend that has helped me escape all my pain." At the age of 4, I develop a system that consisted of eating two blueberry muffins, and drinking a large glass of Kool-Aid, which took place everyday after coming from daycare. My mother would watch in shock as I stuffed my stomach, despite her given me lunch before eating those muffins. Even during that age I was weighing at least 80 pounds, every time my mother and I went to the doctor he would warn her that I would be at risk for developing a liver disease, heart disease, and diabetes.
