Dr. Olajide Williams, MD, MS is a neurologist at Harlem Hospital. He is also the founder of the Hip-Hop Public Health Education Center, which uses hip-hop to teach people about health. Here Dr. Williams describes his Hip Hop H.E.A.L.S (Healthy Eating and Living in Schools) program that educates children about health at their schools.

How to pick out Vegetables in the Supermarket
I went to the supermarket yesterday because I decided that I didn't want to order out and I wanted to cook a healthy meal. I know how to cook meat, vegetables, rice, etc. But, the problem isn't cooking the food but picking out the food to cook. I never know if the meat that I picked has too much fat or is too red or if the fruit that I picked was too soft or too hard.
